  • Audio File of the Conversation:  Shoppers use a built-in feature on the ISecretShop.com platform to call and record their conversations with the assigned employees for mystery shopping. After the call ends, the system automatically attaches the audio recording to each shop. There’s no need for any additional apps or software beyond ISecretShop.com.

NO SCRIPT

  • Be Yourself! We aim to create a natural and organic conversation between the shopper and the employee, so we do not provide scripts. Enjoy your shopping experiences and feel free to modify your scenarios as needed to keep them engaging and interactive.

NO QUESTIONS TO ANSWER

  • It’s simply a conversation! Your job is to manage the conversation during these mystery shops. We don’t require any feedback from you. 
  • Follow-Up Shops:  Occasionally, you may receive a request to complete a shop that checks whether the employee followed up with you. These requests are rare and offer slightly higher pay for the extra time involved. 
  • We Do the Grading! SkilCheck employs in-house evaluators to grade all telephone mystery shops, allowing you to focus on having an engaging conversation instead of filling out forms or responding to questions while you speak.
