  • Pre-Visit Phone Call: Your mystery shopper will phone the apartment complex leasing agent or office to request a tour of an available apartment.  The phone call is recorded, and our in-house evaluator (not your shopper) will provide feedback on the interaction.
  • Audio File of the Visit: Shoppers record their interactions during apartment mystery shops (with your consent). These recordings assess service quality, identify areas for improvement, and recognize successes.
  • Photos: The shopper discreetly captures photos of key areas, such as the parking lot, curb appeal, and community property, to highlight needed enhancements or improvements.

    SkilCheck has a vast network of millions of shoppers across the country. If you require different shoppers for each of your assignments, we can accommodate that request. Our shoppers enjoy the opportunity to visit multiple locations in their area, and we allow this unless you specify otherwise.

  2. Audio Files of Visit

    Prior to their visit, shoppers will phone your leasing office or agent to request a tour of an available apartment or condo.  This conversation is recorded, and our in-house evaluator (not your shopper) will provide feedback on the customer service received over the phone.  Shoppers then document their in-person visit using a smartphone, watch, or other device. This serves as a crucial training tool for all in-person mystery shopping evaluations. Not only will you receive honest feedback from the shopper about the condition of your apartment community, but you will also be able to hear the agent’s sales presentation while with the shopper on the premises.   3. Custom Dashboard for Admins & Employees

    Admins in your company receive unique logins that allow them to access all or selected locations, depending on your choice. Additionally, employees can have unique logins to view only their scores and shop evaluation forms, if preferred.  You can log in to your SkilCheck dashboard here.

  4. Scored Evaluation Grading Sheet

    All our evaluation forms are fully customizable at no additional cost.  And yes, you can view the form before any shop is completed.

  5. Nevada In-Person Mystery Shops

    The state of Nevada has very strict laws regarding in-person mystery shopping. Shoppers in Nevada must carry special licenses and charge extra for their time and work. While you will still receive all the great features of our in-person shops, please note that the price is slightly higher.
