Telephone Mystery Shop: $75
In-Person Mystery Shop: $125
Canceled Shop Service Fee: $30
Employee Unreachable Charge: $50

FEE BREAKDOWN

For those customers who would like a shop completed for a location and it is NOT for a specific employee, we do not need a schedule from you to begin the shopping process.

SkilCheck is happy to shop specific employees at your location, but SCHEDULES ARE REQUIRED from you for these types of shops. SkilCheck schedules our shoppers to call your employee based on the schedule you provide us for your specific employees.

We will have the shopper attempt an employee/location 3 times during your normal posted business hours.

IF AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS (including wrong employees, no answers, call center agents, answering machines, etc.) we cannot reach the specified employee or location (based on your provided schedule), we will contact you for any employee schedule updates or changes.

    1. If the employee is still employed and their schedule is still accurate or you have updated it with us, the shopper can continue to attempt to reach the specific employee or location.
    2. If the employee is no longer employed or if you simply wish not to shop this employee/location for the month, this shop will be cancelled, and you will receive a CANCELED SHOP SERVICE FEE of $30 so we can pay our shopper out for their time and work on the attempted phone calls.

If we continue with attempting the shop for your specific employee or location; after 3 additional attempts, if there is still no answer, we must pay the shopper out for their time and work, and you will receive an EMPLOYEE UNREACHABLE CHARGE of $50 instead of the normal TELEPHONE SALES EVALUATION FEE of $75.

    1. We realize it is unfortunate that sometimes the employee doesn’t always answer, but you will receive a detailed report with the dates, times, and recordings of all attempts for this specific unreachable employee or location.
    2. This is critical information in determining whether your employees are answering your phone during office hours or if they are avoiding sales calls. We know these reports are important as they have been requested in the past by employees, district managers, HR, home offices, etc.

If you are still in need of a completed telephone evaluation for the month after incurring any of the charges above, a new shop will need to be created and a new shopper needs to be scheduled. THE FEES AND PROCESS BEGIN ANEW WITH THIS NEW SHOP SETUP.
