Prior to the facility visit, we will log in to your web based management software to do a pre-visit search for:
- Website & Internet Marketing Review
- Deleted Payments/Odd Charges
- Employee Theft Signs
During the on-site visit, we will conduct the following:
- 100% unit inventory
- Review customer rental agreements
- Examine Deposit Slips & Reports
- Backup Computer Software / Search for Unauthorized Activity
- Review of Office Procedures, Operations Manual, Lien Procedures, Auction Files
Post-Visit Report of Findings
After the on-site visit, a complete report of findings will be put together for you and sent via mail and e-mail for your records.
- Recommendations for facility improvements
- Unauthorized usage report
We know there are many questions after an audit and we are ready for them. Each facility audit includes conference and consulting time with your auditor to go over any and all findings and to discuss procedures moving forward.
If your auditor found theft or you need an expert witness in court, Carol Mixon is available to you at an additional cost per hour.
