Our process is never a mystery!

The Phone Call

SkilCheck will conduct a telephone mystery shop outside of normal business hours so we can speak with one of the call center agents answering for your store. Our telephone mystery shopper calls and records your call center agent’s sales presentation posing as a potential customer. Shoppers will inquire about prices and availability of renting a storage unit. We will allow the shopper to be very conversational and have them ask inquiring questions about the facility itself (differing from our normal telephone mystery shops where we want to hear the managers take the lead!).

The Evaluation

This Call Center SkilCheck is graded by your telephone mystery shopper. It is an informative questionnaire that asks the shoppers for their take on customer service and sales effectiveness. Each telephone mystery shop result includes the recorded conversation between our mystery shopper and your call center agent.

The Results

Each call center shop result is emailed directly to you on completion of scoring. IN ADDITION to the emailed result, you will be given a unique username and password to gain access to your company’s telephone shopping results on our SkilCheck Services web page!
